Analytics

The Analytics page gives you a bird's-eye view of your content pipeline and XCT token usage across all projects.

Content Pipeline Funnel

The pipeline funnel shows the status distribution of all content items across your projects as a color-coded horizontal bar:

Status	Color	Meaning
Pending	Gray	Items waiting for content generation.
Generated	Blue	AI content has been generated but not yet reviewed.
Flagged	Amber	Items flagged for attention during review.
Approved	Green	Content reviewed and approved.
Rejected	Red	Content rejected during review.
Synced	Purple	Approved content successfully synced to your store.

Excluded items are shown separately below the bar.

Hovering over a segment shows the exact count and percentage for that status.

XCT Usage

The XCT Usage section shows your token consumption over a selected time period (7, 30, or 90 days).

Balance Overview

Three cards at the top display:

• Total Balance -- Your combined available XCT tokens.
• Subscription Balance -- Tokens included with your subscription plan.
• Topup Balance -- Additional tokens purchased as top-ups.

Usage Breakdown

• Total XCT Used -- The total tokens consumed in the selected period.
• By Tier -- A stacked bar chart showing how usage is distributed across model tiers (Economic, Standard, Advanced, Premium, Ultra). Each tier represents a different quality/cost level of AI model.
• By Provider -- Horizontal bars showing usage by AI provider (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, DeepSeek).

Projects by Pipeline

Below the main funnel, each project with content items is listed individually. Each row shows the project name, total item count, and a compact pipeline bar for that specific project.

Click on any project row to navigate directly to that project's detail page.
